Welcome to The Homestead at Rifle, PUD.  The Homestead is a planned unit development in the City of Rifle, CO.  Located on the eastern mesa overlooking Rifle, it was developed in 1998 by Sally Brands and John Savage on  60 acres of ranch property owned by the Savage family.  Primarily a single family residential neighborhood, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains, the Homestead also includes a high end townhome community with its own HOA, estate lots and a large argricultural open space where you can see horses grazing as they have for 100 years.
