Silver Gate Construction started their development of Summer Place Village in 1983. The first phase of development inlcuded 100 homes. The second phase continued to grow until it reached the maximum number of lots which totals 217 in the village.
The home owners association is voted in by the home owners of Summer Place Village.The board consists of a President, Vice President and More.. .
