A wonderful place to live!
Our homes were build in the 80's and our little neighborhood has stayed an inviting areafor both home owners and visitors. We are located between two wooded creeks easily accessed from four alley entrances. With benches scattered throughout, it is a wonderful place to walk your dogs or birdwatch.
Our Homeowner's Association is voluntary with very low yearly dues which go to maintenance of our "public" areas and entrances to the neighborhood. In the past we have done major repair to our brick walls on McCallum and Davenport, including adding concrete caps to the brick columns to prevent future deterioration.
