Neighborhood
Welcome to
Panther Creek Pass
We are a small neighborhood of homes located about seven miles south of Mt. Vernon in the rolling hills and beautiful piney woods area of Northeast Texas on Lake Cypress Springs. Our subdivision is at the end of a tree-covered county lane that meanders through a meadow. We have abundant wildlife in the area, including deer, bald eagles, white pelicans, hummingbirds and many species of ducks.
Lake Cypress Springs is spring fed and is a constant level lake. It has twice been voted the "Most Beautiful Lake in Texas" by readers of D Magazine.
