Flooded lots in New Section
I am writing this to address my concern with the upcoming summer season. 6 empty lots in the new section of Orchard hill are flooded. The run-off has flooded my back yard as well as my new neighbors.... more

Stop Signs and speeding
Please be aware of stop signs and the speed limit in the neighborhood. The speed is 20 miles an hour. I have seen one person with a mini van who speeds around the neighborhood and runs stop signs.... more
