Hello!

My husband Richard and I moved to Louisville (Portland) from Southern California last September to be with our daughter and grandson.  I’m trying to meet new people, maybe join some clubs or groups (I’m really looking for an exercise group especially) since the only people I know are my daughter and her family.  :O)

I was a stay at home mom but our 3 kids are grown now and we have 2 grandsons with another grandbaby on the way.  My husband works in Corydon so I’m bored all day long since I know almost no one here and I still don’t know my way around KY too well.  I am a student at Ivy Tech in Sellersburg with the dual majors of Creative Writing/Literature and Public Policy/Non-Profit Management.  I’m a published writer and I’m interested in non-profit organizations and community activities.

I really hope to meet people and find some clubs or groups in my area.
