Absent: Murry but alt.

The Minutes were approved, as was the Treasurer's Report (Bob motioned; Donnie seconded; passed). The bank balance as of October 24 is $42,059.79.


Old Business

Martin reports no calls on the hotline number

Billy and Bob checked the fence down at the back lake dam - top rail needs cable. We will wait to repair after MSD decides on path of access to that lake, needed when work on adding the big tile to the ditch is done.

We will go ahead with getting No Trespassing signs to place around the back lake, like we have on the front lake.

New Business

Vicki will check on the little red trailer at 306 Old Towne Rd.

Goats and chickens are reported on the property at 311 Chippendale Court - chickens running loose - will call 311 and report to IPL.

Tuesday, December 4 meet at South Park for dinner meeting.

Break-in's on Declaration - Vicki will bring a report on break-in's at our January meeting.

The Public Works Department is watching speed on Old Towne Road and Sam Drive, stopping and warning cars they are in violaton of the city ordinance.

Mr. Johns brick mailbox was destroyed two months aga, and others are asking that it be repaired. The question has been raised whether orn or not we could make him repair it.

Bob is checking on the cost of extending our irrigation system from Sam northward to Old Towne entrance so any new trees planted along National Turnpike will have water.

P&R sprayed foliage along the fence on the back lake, keeping it clean and off the new fence.

At he December meeting, it will be decided who will judge for the Holiday Decorations contest.
