Its never a good sign when I see the police cruiser parked with ice on the windshield at the city hall building the night after a council meeting. Anyone know if he resigned, vacation??? Anyone?

We were told at the council meeting on Monday 12-17-2007 that Chief Carter was ill and had to be taken home in a private vehicle.
If I hear anything else about the Chief's condition I will respond on our website.

I saw the car moved briefly this morning, then its back at city hall again tonight.
