Programs available to homeowners in the Whittier Neighborhood

Is your furnace sick?  The City of Sioux Falls is accepting application for a Furnace Replacement Program.  funding will be provided to replace inefficient furnaces that are less than 80 percent AFUE.  Applications must be below 80 percent of the Area Median Family Income as established by HUD to be eligible.  Properties must be owner-occupied and be located within the city limits to be eligible.  If interested and to request an application, contact the Sioux Falls Community Development at 367-8180.
