Immunizations are for all children from age 6 wks through 18 yrs of age. They are all of the required and recommended immunizations for this age group.
All children who come are given immunization without regard for citizenship/immigration or insurance status. All that asked is that the parents bring ALL of the records they have to determine what shots the child needs.
Hours are from 3 PM to 7 PM. to help working parents.
Our area has been identified as a immunization 'pocket of need' by the State Dept. of Health Services. Please tell your neighbors this service is available.
We are a public entity and a nonprofit organization.
