The Passages Charter School opened its doors for the first time on Tuesday September 4, 2001 to 90 elementary school-aged children. They decided not to use the lot at 4414 North Clark for teachers and are securing space at another lot on the east side of Clark. There have been problems with cars parked illegally in the signed bus-loading zone, so they are considering towing cars illegally parked in this zone.
