Ran by the post office for stamps around 11 am.   Lobby doors open, but the main office had the doors closed, blinds pulled down, and no lights on.   There was no signs stating to why it was not open.  Was not sure if there was a safety issue or just what was wrong.    Multiple customers walked away without being able to complete their postal needs.

I was able to buy stamps down the road at Foodlion. 

In the 28 years I have lived in this area I have never seen this before.  

I know in TN my mothers rural post office closes for lunch.   It is something that is known and they have signs up.   No signs or anything at Starmount.
