SMILE Station and Oaks Pioneer Church may be rented very economically -- call SMILE!

SMILE, The Sellwood-Moreland Improvement League neighborhood association -- one of  95 recognized neighborhood associations in Portland -- owns its own building, SMILE Station, S.E. 13th and Tenino in Sellwood, just a block south of Tacoma Street.

This building, which has heat-pump heating and cooling, and its own industrially-equipped kitchen, with chairs and tables to seat close to 100 UPSTAIRS, is available to rent for groups seeking a venue. The fully remodelled downstairs Hainley Meeting Room, seating about 16 with tables, a kitchenette, and a bathroom, is available for rent downstairs.  SMILE also acts as renting agent for Oaks Pioneer Church, at S.E. Spokane Street at Grand, just north of the east end of the Sellwood Bridge -- the historic and picturesque church is available for meetings, concerts, weddings, and other events.
