Proposition K items approved by committee [except as noted]:
Item 1: Automate Irrigation (original plan, but exclude all hillside areas). Includes ball field.
Item 2: Repair Entry Courtyard: includes the following items: demolition, paving, seat walls, irrigation, planting, drainage
Item 3: Resurface Basketball/Volleyball Court with optional DecoColor finish [green with white markings]
2 new basketball backboards with hoops & nets (no new poles):
Item 4: Remove timbers and asphalt curb on both sides of service road. Replace we/concrete curb/curb wall subject to more info regarding alternatives for facing the wall
Item 5: Native/Drought tol. plants in planting areas near buildings, including pool area planters. No hillside planting included.
Item 6 Small concrete stairs to picnic area
Item 7 Fence at top of service road 6' Chain Link or Tubular Steel [ITEM DELETED in favor of #6, above]
Item 8 Tennis court fencing
Item 9 Make restrooms ADA-compliant subject to $125,000 limitation.
Item 10 Refurbish baseball field - smooth, amend soil, re-seed
Item 11 New Chain Link Fence entire length along Latimer, including demo of existing fence. Fence to be clad in either green or black plastic, subject to assessment of samples.
Item 12 Remove acoustical tiles in entire building, painting and minor repairs as necessary.
Item 13 15' Player's bench of natural wood with backrest.
Item 14 New Ramp, including demo of existing components (concrete, ret. wall, cl fence), new concrete, use existing concrete ret. wall to maximum possible extent, new cl. fence on wall, may lose one Acacia Tree to meet ADA requirements: subject ot investigation of funding by Council Office. [Note: Councilmember Miscikowski has agreed to contribute up to $20,000 for this item.]
Item 15 Replace Ext. park building doors with French Doors.

Item 19 Bring parking Area to ADA standards. ALREADY COMPLIES WITH ADA
Item 29 Move sprinkler controller as per Plan Page L-24 and landscape to obscure from sight. INCLUDED IN ITEM #1
Item 30 Backboard for tennis existing cinderblock wall location. OK, EXTEND WALL 3 FEET.
