Century Link has been working in the neighborhood since the beginning of Novemeber. It seems they are never going to get done. Here is the number to file a formal complaint, 800-244-1111. I understand from a Century Link repair professional, they are laying down pipes to acoomodate fiber optic cables that will provide Internet service.
