Can anyone tell me what we can do about the house next door that has been vacated and left a mess. The pool is turning green, the yard has broken furniture and garbage... the fruit trees are full, and the inside of the house is a mess. They left a vehicle with expired (2 sets) of liscence plates..... who can we call or how to get this fixed... we are on the main street through RDM and don't want this to reflect on our neighborhood.
