Montefino Village

Now that Premier has termianted its relationship with Montefino Village, who will be the next property management company?  Why did they terminate their relationship with us?  Is it because the board is doing nothing about the appearance of the community as far as landscaping, etc. goes.  Our community has really gone down hill and for the amount of dues we pay, you would think they would have kept AAA landscaping as they did an outstanding job.  As for the people painting the fences, are these people even bonded?  It looks like a fly by night outfit to me, leaving the tract this morning, workers had cigarettes hanging out of their mouths and very unprofessional looking group.
