Montavilla Neighborhood Association

We just got word that the city is converting a assistive living home on SE Madison into a safe home for registered sex offenders.  Our neighborhood is directly across the street from the Clark Creative Science School and Berrydale Park.  Has anyone been notified of this?

I live on the weat side of berrydale park and have not been notified of a sex offender home going in the area,it should not be put in this area with the school and the park!
