Marquis Downs Condos at Bulle Rock

   My air conditioner has leaks both in the unit that goes through the brick wall to the outside and also in the unit that is completely inside the balcony room.  The inside unit has been replaced for $2100, but I have been told that the outside unit is no longer made due to EPA restrictions .  This was from the manufacturer Aerosys.  There are no replacements currently available, however, a custom coil can be made, taking 5 weeks and costing $2600,  Anyone had a similar problem and solved it differently, I would appreciate talking to you.  Mike 410=382-2159
