Profanity or foul language by students in public areas

Teenagers using drugs or alcohol

Unsupervised youth, especially after school

Drug dealing on the streets

Shootings and violence by gangs where they live.

Responsible adults have to work together effectively in dealing with educational, civic, social, and ethical development.
