How about visual checks, on the exterior, garage and interior for any leaks, break in's, running dishwasher and washer for any leaks, checking hot water heater, thermostats, making house looked lived in with changing lights, shoveling front path, collecting any mail, etc.  Also, offering Concierge services all year around!
