There is a person walking around the grant -hollywood area that everyone must have seen. he has matted hair ,white,carrying a torn blanket. I do not see him drinking as other homeless people in area.I just want to know has anyone tried to get this person help? It is very cold out now and he needs help. He may be mentally ill. I would love some input, thanks
