Greetings Fontaine Estate Valued Neighbors

Top of the Day Fontaine Estates residence, families and friends, 

 This is Kem and Tammy Walker coming to you guys from: 106 Fontaine Landing Court. With that said, we are extending a sincere and deliberate greetings to each of you...  As many of you are aware, several of us have lived here at Fontaine Estates for many years. I mentioned this undeniable fact, simply to highlight a very important and essential point, which is many of us have notactually taken the opportunity to meet and/or greet our invaluable neighbors. 

In my estimation, here lies immediate opportunities going forward, to breach this lack of introduction pattern of one-another. Within our sub-community, communication is very important in order to support our standards and expectations for our highly regarded section in the West-End community. Cleary, each of us can play a vital role in helping to close the void of NOT knowing our neighbors, by simply availing ourselves to present a venue where we can informally introduce ourselves.

.Clearly, such benefical event can only come to fruition, if we can have buy-in and a respectable level participation among ourselves. I fully understanding that we are all busy at some capacity in our daily activates and obligations.  Nevertheless, I am equally confident that such an event will help to bridge the gap of lack of unanimity among our residence, thus allowing us to know who our awesome neighbors are. I am convince that each of us want the same basic core benefits for our living environment, which are; safety, area beautification, peace and relaxation as we live our daily lives within our community in which we call home.
