Good morning.
Recently my mortgage company is requiring me to purchase flood insurance for my home on gabriel drive. I am told that FEMA has reclassified our development as being in a flood zone. The rate is rather rediculious (double my homeowners). Has anyone else experienced this? If so, can someone share their experience on or of line?
