Circle Tree is now one of the nicer communities in the Valley, completely crime free and clean. The entire property has been overhauled including new pools, paint, parking lots,landscaping you name it Circle Tree has done it!
Wow I noticed a lot of old posts here that were not to sterling. Circle Tree did suffer along time ago from a bad Board of Directors and a shady management company. Years ago it was taken over by a new Board and hired a Professional on-site Manager. Check out their website www.circletree.net you will be shocked on how this property looks now!
