What can you do to stop it?
?•Calm down
?• Remind yourself that everybody makes unintentional mistakes
?• Expect drivers to make you mad, but don?’t fall for it
?• See yourself as a smart person who has a handle on your emotions
?• Be afraid of a wreck, hurting yourself or someone else
?• Don?’t try to keep other people from getting where they are going
?• Concentrate on feeling good about your life, your job, your family or something else
?• Think about why somebody might drive so badly; be glad it?’s not you
?• Try to recover fast if someone makes a move that makes you angry
?• Pay attention to signs and watch the traffic
?• Try to follow the rules and be a good driver; set the standard
?• Listen to the radio
?•Sing
?• Sing badly
?• Laugh at how bad your signing is
?• Please, more than anything, be careful for the people you care about
