I'm interested in hearing from anyone who recently updated their association CC&R's. We are about to form a committee to review the existing CC&R's of the Alpine Condo Association. The goal of the current board is to "Bring our CC&R's into the 20th century" I was wondering of others who went through this process. Advice, warnings, lessons learned?
