GCVNA is fighting a new battle with the ice cream trucks.
They can come as often as every ten minutes. They are parking as many as several per private property. City of Phoenix ordinances says, ''one per property''.
They park in front of our homes for as long as five to ten minutes; with their music blaring!
Then when they leave, they roar off as if they are racing to the next set of homes with children.
We are reporting these nuisances to our CAO Icela Brown; who is going to their place of residence and letting them know that the neighbors do not appreciate their noise and careless driving.
These ice cream trucks are getting through the usual loop-holes. But we are moving to close in on them. We're tired of the nuisance they are creating in our community.
