We have a neighborhood church that owns rental property here in our neighborhood. In fact it's only a block from the church.'
The property is quite large and covered in filth, broken down vehicles and weeds.
This property has been reported to the City of Phoenix for zoning issues in the past; by our neighborhood association and individual neighbors.
We've seen just a little bit of the filth cleaned up! It looks as if someone has turned it into a dumping area. It's really disgusting and it is in clear view of the I-17 access road.
What comes to my mind is travelers see this and wonder who in the world lives in that neighborhood and why do they put up with it?!
What do you think about a church allowing this?! Let us know your views.
