There is a young lady who is sometimes accompanied by a police officer who is on her way to your office.

Her name: Lazora Bard
Her mission: Unify 4th street organizations & businesses on our SITE.
Her purpose: To bring attention to current desires, needs and offerings.

The information Lazora is bringing contains and focuses on some of the following:

1. Your free WEB PAGE as a 4th St neighbor.
Organize a campaign to reach people by designing or adding your WEB Page.
Just Click:
"Meet Your Neighbors",
"Add-a-Page" or
"Add-a-Link"
join and create your web page.
Talk about who you are, and what you are doing to help the neighborhood.

2. Our goals are:
1.) ?“COMMUNICATE?”, To open communication of our neighbor hood businesses through our web page.
2.) ?“INFORM?”, To inform others about the businesses in our neighborhood.
3.) ?“ENCOURAGE?”, To encourage youth who frequent our neighborhood to their highest positive state.

3. Moralistically Mature Youth
Please join our effort in teaching youth who frequent our neighborhood.

The short of this long story is:
Young people today are terribly threatened to think destructively. They need a role model of a choice they can look to as a light at the end of the tunnel. A light that gives them a brighter view of life.

We (the youth) meet monthly at The Kentucky Theater.

She can also be reached in her Moralistically Mature Youth Development classes at Jefferson Community College, in the basement of the 2nd and Chestnut VI building, Room B29, from 7: to 9: PM Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays of every week.
