NEIGHBORHOOD LINK TEAMS UP WITH AT&T WIRELESS AND LAUNCHES IN 15 NEW MARKETS

Leading Civic Resource Continues Growth and Expansion

DENVER, CO., July 31, 2001 - Neighborhood Link (www.neighborhoodlink.com), the Internet-based community network that provides metropolitan-area neighborhood associations their own free, interactive Web sites today announced the formation of its first nationwide community sponsorship with AT&T Wireless (www.attwireless.com). The company also announced that it has launched its service in 15 new markets this year, bringing its unique service to more than 39 major metropolitan areas throughout the United States.

This alliance with AT&T Wireless launches Neighborhood Link into a wireless environment by providing its valuable neighborhood-related content on AT&T Digital PocketNetsm service and provides Neighborhood Link users with important new content from AT&T. AT&T Digital PocketNet subscribers will now have access to local calendar information, local school phone numbers and addresses, specific neighborhood information, including the neighborhood association newsletter and association contact information, as well as access to all community pages and all information in the Neighborhood Link Police & Safety section. AT&T Wireless will provide Neighborhood Link’s 27,000 online neighborhoods with information on local AT&T sponsored events, more detailed information on AT&T Digital PocketNet service as well as tips on responsible and safe use of wireless phones.
