JIM DUNCAN TO JOIN NEIGHBORHOOD LINK'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Founder of Duncan's American Radio to Enhance Neighborhood Link's Growth strategy

DENVER, November 11, 1999 - Neighborhood Link (www.neighborhoodlink.com), the Internet-based community network that enables metropolitan-area neighborhood associations to create their own free, interactive Web sites, today announced that Jim Duncan has agreed to join the company’s Board of Directors. The founder of Duncan’s American Radio will bring depth at the board level to support Neighborhood Link’s continuing growth.

“Jim is an outstanding addition to our board,” said Ted Pinkowitz, CEO of Neighborhood Link. “Jim is one of the most respected spokespersons in the radio industry and has worked with several entrepreneurial companies over the years. We are thrilled to be able to tap into his expertise to help us continue to grow Neighborhood Link.”

Duncan currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Media Resources Group, a new company that is being spun off from Clear Channel Communications (CCU). In 1974, Duncan founded Duncan’s American Radio, Inc., a well-respected book publisher of radio data and market information. In 1996, Duncan’s American Radio was acquired by Emmis Communications and Jacor Communications. Jacor has since merged with CCU. Additionally, Duncan has held board positions with the following companies: Emmis Communications, Stoner Broadcast Systems, American Radio Systems and Price Communications. Duncan was also named one of the “50 most influential people in the history of radio” by Radio, Inc. Magazine in 1995.
