One of our volunteers is reporting that thieves are hitting mailboxes and some cases front porches looking for mail/packages. Last week, one of our neighborhood postal lockers was broken into and a package was taken. The incident was reported to mail carriers, police and USPS. A police report was filed with the police department, but our local USPS wasn't very cooperative. Please take the appropriate steps to protect your mail by not leaving it in your mailbox or ensure you have a way to track its status.
