The Board wants to thank all of our neighbors who have updated their membership for 2004. We also are excited to have many new members. Welcome to your neighborhood association. WPENA was incorporated as a non-profit organization in 1985, so we are in our 19th year. Membership is what keeps our neighborhood association alive and ensures that our neighborhood has a voice in Denver City government. It allows us to share your concerns and thoughts about the quality of living in Washington Park East. That is why your input is so important to us. We encourage residents who have not joined yet to send in their membership dues for 2004. The dues are $10 and can be mailed to WPENA Treasurer, 610 S. Gilpin, Denver, CO 80209
