Hi. I have problems with people parking in my space. I have had my back window shot out and my car key scratched. I have had to have cars towed from my spot and I hate that, but I pay for the space and with the next block having U of L permitted parking I can not get a space out front on 2nd st. Have you guys experienced these same kind of problems?
