Hello orginal Highlands residents,
Have you guys heard there is a new bar called HopCat opening up with capacity for up to 200 people? It seems like in the two years I've owned my home here, the amount of intoxicated people cutting through my yard and making noise has grown to almost nightly. When is enough enough? I have been fearing for the safety of myself and family members and am considering building a fence with a no traspassing sign. As tacky as that is, I feel it is neccessary. Does anyone else share my concerns? What can we do so our voice is heard? I've already written to councilman Tom Owen.
